240 Big Brake Brembo 17Z Caliper Kit
This great kit was initially developed by J. Homer, a long-time Volvo enthusiast. We worked with him to take over the sales, manufacturing, and distribution of this kit.
We performed additional geometric optimization on the front brackets to increase the part stiffness, reduce weight, and have improved the hardware included with the kit.
This product takes the Brembo 17Z Calipers, found on certain Porsche Cayenne / VW Cayenne / Audi Q7 Model vehicles, and allows you to use them on a Volvo 240 to increase the braking performance.

These Brembo Calipers are aluminum monoblock construction and feature a 6 piston front and 4 piston rear.
They should be matched with S60R/V70R 330mm x 32mm rotor in the front and a 330 x 28mm rotor in the rear.
Kit #1 is for installing all 4 calipers (front and rear).
It includes.
-Front and rear caliper adapters. Machined from 6061-T6, anodized.
-All required fasteners, washers, and locknuts. Class 10.9 or greater.
-Rear brake line adapters. These are stainless braided adapters to transition from the
factory hard lines to the calipers.
-Front caliper hard lines, one on each side that connect the factory flex line at the strut to
the caliper.
-Master cylinder M12-M10 bubble flare reducer. This adapts the mustang master cylinder to
the factory 240 hard lines
-Master cylinder pushrod extension hardware. Although the mustang MC bolts on, you will
need to extend the pushrod.
-Junction block plugs. These plug the junction block where you remove the 2 unneeded front
brake lines.
-Rear Parking Brake Drum Adapters.
Kit #2 is for installing just the front calipers.
*ONLY get this if you have a non volvo rear axle.*
*You're on your own for finding and adapting a caliper with the same piston bore sizes*
-Front caliper adapters. Machined from 6061-T6, anodized in black.
-All required fasteners, washers and locknuts. Class 10.9 or greater.
-Front caliper hard lines, one on each side that connect the factory flex line at the strut to
the caliper.
